Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this document, whether in singular or plural form:

All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. References to specific payment providers — including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — are for identification purposes only and do not imply any endorsement or partnership with those institutions beyond the technical payment integration in place at the time of publication.

By accessing hss4d.bio, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hss4d. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and hss4d. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the content of any promotional material, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

Access to, and use of, the hss4d platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hss4d enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market context. Users under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of hss4d, nor a close family member of any such person, where "close family member" means a spouse, parent, sibling, or child.
• You have not previously had an hss4d account closed, suspended, or terminated by us for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in any capacity that could constitute money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on the hss4d platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly via your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected] whenever any detail changes.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hss4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately.
• Account Security: You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, hss4d is required to verify your identity. Accepted documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM), accompanied by proof of address dated within 90 days. Document uploads are processed within one (1) business day during WIB office hours.
• Account Closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All transactions on hss4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hss4d does not apply any currency conversion markup; your deposit and withdrawal amounts are processed at face value in IDR from end to end. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Transfers are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes of confirmation of receipt.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly upon successful transfer.

Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and the results of your KYC verification; our support team can confirm your applicable limits upon request.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you have verified an alternative method with our payments team. hss4d does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Imlek, and other Indonesian national holidays.

Deposits made in connection with any fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or chargebacks, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities. hss4d cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of fraudulent transactions.

hss4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the point of claiming the offer, including the minimum qualifying deposit, applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, and expiry date. These specific promotion terms supplement and are subject to these general Terms & Conditions; in the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Any bonus credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotion page before you claim.
• Bonus Eligibility: Each promotional offer specifies which player segments are eligible. Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing Members only. Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including those tied to BRI Liga 1 milestones, Idul Fitri, and Imlek) are available to returning Members as specified per campaign.
• Bonus Abuse: hss4d employs automated and manual detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or using strategies that violate the spirit of the promotional offer. Confirmed abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Withdrawal of Bonus: Bonuses that have not yet met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of any real-money balance unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus balances and partially wagered bonuses that remain outstanding at the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account.

hss4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not adversely affect Funds or bonus balances already credited to a Member's account prior to the modification.

All bets placed on hss4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, online poker, bola tangkas (Indonesia's traditional rummy-style card game), or any other gaming vertical offered on the Platform. Product-specific rules are published within each game lobby and are updated periodically to reflect changes in market conventions or game studio certifications.

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play bets are subject to the odds and market availability at the moment the bet is confirmed by our system. BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other listed markets are subject to event cancellation rules; voided bets are returned to the Member's account at the original stake value.
• Live Casino: All live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger — are operated by certified third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live). Game outcomes are governed by the rules of the respective studio. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the studio's system logs and the result shall be final.
• Slots: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are certified by independent testing laboratories. RTP figures are available upon request from our support team. Slot gacor (high-RTP, high-volatility slot) designations on the Platform reflect current certified RTP data and are updated on a weekly basis.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits vary by product and market. The applicable minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game or market before you place a wager. hss4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, mispriced markets, or game malfunctions — hss4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. hss4d's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hss4d platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under fictitious or borrowed personal details.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or IP address for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to place bets, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform in any way that is not through our standard user interface.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in relation to any sporting event or e-sports competition listed on the Platform.
• Using inside information — including non-public knowledge of player injuries, team selection, or match outcomes — to obtain an unfair advantage when placing bets.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or pricing error on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hss4d staff or other Members through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.

hss4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our duty of care to Members seriously and provide a range of tools that allow you to manage your play. These tools are available directly from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined time period. These limits apply across all products on the Platform simultaneously.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a self-selected period of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. To request permanent self-exclusion, contact [email protected].

All content on the hss4d platform — including but not limited to the hss4d brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software code, game integrations, odds data, promotional materials, and any other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of hss4d or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to hss4d for display on the Platform. No rights in third-party studio content are granted to Members.

hss4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and — where necessary for the provision of platform services — sharing of your personal data as described in that policy.

hss4d implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player Funds are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with operational funds. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised hss4d personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, and all internal data access is logged and audited.

hss4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with licensed payment processors (including the Indonesian banks and e-wallet providers listed in Section 5), our KYC verification partners, fraud prevention services, and — where required by law — regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hss4d excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the Platform, including losses arising from reliance on information, statistics, or editorial content published on or linked from the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or KYC verification resulting from the actions or inactions of third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if hss4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. hss4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance of Funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

hss4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where we reasonably suspect a breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Where we are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, law enforcement body, or financial institution.
• Where we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of our games, the security of other Members' accounts, or the financial stability of the Platform.
• Where your account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closing an inactive account, we will attempt to contact you at the email address registered to your account with at least 30 days' notice.
• Where KYC documentation provided by you is found to be falsified, altered, or otherwise fraudulent.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any Funds remaining in your account may be forfeited at hss4d's discretion, particularly where those Funds are reasonably suspected to have been obtained through prohibited conduct. Forfeited Funds will not be returned. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — including voluntary closure or inactivity — any remaining verified Funds will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days.

hss4d operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which hss4d holds its operating licence. Users access the Platform from Indonesia at their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining and complying with Indonesian laws applicable to their participation in online betting and gaming.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of account queries and disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an informal resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team, who will conduct a formal review and issue a final determination within 14 business days.

hss4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at hss4d.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever a material change is made.

For material changes — including changes that affect Members' rights, withdrawal procedures, or bonus eligibility criteria — hss4d will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notification in your account dashboard and/or an email to your registered address. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or the addition of new product-specific rule references) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with the account closure process described in Section 4.
